My Bad Cats

Now I have to say my friends like Bruce and Luna have convinced me that not all cats are evil. But the ones that I live with are evil to me sometimes.

Yesterday I was walking past my sister Moe and she slapped me right on the nose!! I don’t think that’s very kind. So when she decided she wanted to lay on the couch where I was laying, I took precautions.

Once she was left, I was safely able to move from my fortress of pillows to lay where I wanted to lay.

Not all cats are our friends!

  1. I totally agree Oskar, and I think you did the right thing watching out for Moe whenever she's around. I know you wouldn't do anything mean to her because you're too much lovely, but keeping her away from you is a good thing. We're so lucky we don't have to live with cats. The neighbor has 2 noisy ones, fortunately, they never seem to be willing to come to our side of the wall.

    Much love from Brazil!

  2. Oh Oskar, you are so right. You can't trust a kitty friend. You never know when they will turn on you. And for no reason whatsoever! Well played.

  3. Oskar,
My cousin Betty will never ever play with me. All she does is his and his. Then she will even try to scratch me. All is want to do is play with her.

  4. Hi Oskar –

My kitty sister, Lemon, used to tease me mercilessly – she always knew how to get me into trouble and then would sit nearby watching smugly when my humans rushed in and told me off!

She would also pounce on me and grab my tail and smack me sometimes – just for fun!

But I do miss her bossing me around…

  5. What a bad kitty! We do not live with cats – thankfully – but you did the right thing – you might need a few more pillows…

  6. We know just what you mean. Sometimes one of our kitties will hide around a corner and then come up and slappy paw us right on the nose. Momma won't let us eat them so what's a dog gonna do?

  7. Though we don't have cats in the house but our neighbour's cats are a nuisance and when we bark at them, we get telling off or even a smacking, sometimes.

  8. Hi Oskar
We secretly like our kitties. They don't like us, so we have to pretend we don't like them. Don't tell anyone.

  9. A very wise move to take such precautions.

Our cats just loooove our dogs. That is no exaggeration. Sorry that your cats have a different opinion about dogs.

A cuddle from our cats for you Oskar.

  11. I bet your sister was just showing love towards you when slapping your face, but boys sometimes take their time to understand what we girls mean… 🙂

  12. Hi Oskar! We think you were wise to take such security levels. After all, a pup simply wants to sleep in peace without the threat of a scratch or a slap. We had to giggle at your fortress though – you sure that's enough cushions?! He he he! Schnauzer snuggles – JD and Max.

  13. Oh our gosh! How dare she take a cat-nap on your couch!

If we was you, we wood show her who is Boss! But make sure she's on a leash when you do.

    Luv,
    Riley and Star.
