Gasp! Sorry, we're a little squeemish here with open wounds. Your mom did an excellent surgical procedure. M said if she ever needs surgery again, she wants your mom to do it.

Wow, that was quite a surgery for your little friend. My mom and I noticed that your mom uses thread to stitch up the open wound. When my stuffies get open wounds, which is quite often, she will dental floss, apprently us dogs have a much harder time ripping it back open again, not that we want to inflict more pain on our stuffies, but hey, a dog's gotta chew right?
