Amazing Pressies!

And they just kept on coming!

My bestest doggie friends JD & Max and their people Clare & Neil have been so generous I can’t even begin to thank them.

Here’s my first package. Hmm, it smells like England!

After a little help opening it, I found this

My mom person explained that it’s called an Advent Calender.

There is a little box for each day of December leading up to Christmas & in each box is a treat!

A very tasty type of treat I might add!

Those British have very sophisticated tastes!

Then I got another package!! This one had a Christmas card.

We couldn’t believe it when we saw what they sent. Now JD & Max’s people were in Luxor, Egypt. While they were there they had a bandana made for me with my name written on it, in heiroglyphics!

Those symbols say Oskar!

Even though I’m very proud of my new bandana, I just had to BATH so I did’t want to sit still, but I must say I look quite dapper!

I think this makes a great super-hero look, don’t you?

That’s it for today, but I haven’t even gotten to the biggest, best and most awaited package yet. I’ll save that for tomorrow.

Thank you my friends, your generosity is so wonderful and kind!

Camera Critters

Camera Critters

My mom person wasn’t feeling well and spent Thursday night at a hospital. The Dr’s didn’t figure out what was wrong with her, but she is feeling better now. She slept most of yesterday, and I slept right at her feet all day to make sure she was all right. She snored as loud as ever, so I think she’s fine!

Since we don’t have any new pictures of me, we found a funny video from Cute Overload that we hope you haven’t seen yet for our Camera Critter entry.

Go see all the Camera Critters!

Mom person: Oskar, it’s time for Camera Critters.

Mom person: Why don’t you make a great big yawn, that would be a cute Camera Critter picture.

Mom person: Maybe you could lay by one of your sisters, Chloe or Moe. Cats are critters, too!

Mom person: I’ll just zoom in for a close up. Your woozle is all messed up, that’s cute.

Mom person: That a boy, stretch and we’ll get you all posed.

Mom person: Oskar, where are you going?

*sigh*

Patriot’s Day

Camera Critters

September 11th is called Patriot’s Day. To show that I was being a Patriot, I chose to nap under a blanket that’s made to look like an American flag.

Ladies & gentlemen, I am napping for peace!

Please help me in my attempt for global peace naps, you owe it to your country!

Camera Critters

Many of you wrote understanding the duty we dogs have in protecting various areas in our house during a thunderstorm, after reading this post. We pups are a selfless bunch!

Well I thought I’d bring to light another time when it’s necessary to protect places like the bath tub.

It’s called Wood Chipper!

Here’s me when I heard Mr. Chipper.

I knew my duty! I must immediately get to the bathtub to protect it for my people!

Here’s a picture of Mr. Chipper that I had my mom person take. If you see him, you should immediately run to the spot in the house that’s the safest in need of protection!
