There was a big red ball that I seem to remember as being the sun shining in the sky today. My mom got up early to watch a fancy wedding, drove far away from me & visited a friend without me for hours & then came home & took a nap.
When she woke up I thought she would finally have time for playtime or a walk outside, when she reminded me of her broken ankle. Oh well, at least it felt good when I sat ouside on patrol.
I hope that all of our bloggy friends are safe and sound and having sunshine instead of scary storms!

My human watched the Royal Wedding and napped later too. It is so weird when humans sleep during the day!

We're always upset when our Mommy leaves us for hours and hours. We relieve our stress and boredom by chewing. We even chewed the dining table corner but she found out only this morning. Perhaps she finally understood the reason because she didn't scold us. Try it, it makes a lonely day fun!

We watched the wedding at 11am here (well, I didn't really watch it as you'll see on my blog) but the LOTH the BOTH and the GOTH did and they thought of everyone else watching it at all sorts of hours of the day and night around the world.

Oskar I think you need a SIGN.. telling all of Blogville just how abused and neglected you are. I don't think the ankle thingy is a good excuse fur THIS HIDEOUS treatment. She SHOULD keep it elevated… while sitting on the sofa NEXT TO YOU.. fur HOURS ON END. I'm just sayin buddy.

Hang in there little buddy! Before you know it your Mom's ankle will be all better and you and she can go for lots of fun walks in the sunshine! In the meantime, just stay by her side give her lots of Oskar kisses, and protect her from "Chloe the Kitty with the Glowing EYES"!!!

Mom said she missed the Big Wedding but is sure that she can catch up on it when she has the time.
My mommy has been pretty busy too but she did get her bike tires pumped up and has taken me out for a couple good runs over the weekend.
